Viewings and valuations, whether on the sales or lettings side can still go ahead in a Covid-secure way i.e. Hands sanitised, face coverings worn, windows open for ventilation, same household only, and of course socially distanced at all times.
Since the start of the pandemic we have only facilitated viewings for those in a proceedable position i.e. Under offer or nothing to sell and with a mortgage agreed, and we will continue to do so in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. We have full walk-through video tours for most of our properties online and we are happy to offer Facetime or WhatsApp valuations or viewings where preferred.
Stay safe during these difficult times. We all live in the hope that the mass roll out of the vaccines will eventually bring us all out of this crazy world we find ourselves in.
