Here at Bluebell Estates, we love the fact that we do so much business through word-of-mouth because our customers have great experiences with us. To celebrate this, we’ve decided to launch our ‘refer a friend’ scheme, where you receive a M&S Classic Food and Wine Hamper for referring friends, family, or colleagues to sell or let with us.
How it works:
The referring party will receive a £100 M&S Hamper upon completion of the sale or letting of the friend’s property by Bluebell Estates, and Bluebell Estates receives its fee, (this timescale will of course vary). Please note: if the property does not sell or let through Bluebell Estates, or if the friend cancels their contract, you will not be eligible for the gift.

Terms
1) Bluebell Estates’ ‘Refer a Friend Scheme’ excludes referrals of existing clients or those who have been clients of ours within 12 months of this offer. If the person referred already has their property available to sell or let through another agent, on a sole agency and/or sole selling rights basis, the terms and conditions of those instructions must be considered to avoid the possible liability to pay two commissions.
2) You cannot refer yourself: Bluebell Estates reserves the right to withdraw the gift offer if this is found to be the case.
3) Please check that your friend, family or colleague is happy to be referred to us.
4) We will withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
6) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7) We may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time and without communication.
8) If the referred friend has already instructed Bluebell Estates, they will not be eligible for the discount retrospectively.
9) If due to stock shortage or price variation the M&S Classic Food and Wine Hamper is not available, then a similar hamper will be chosen and rewarded in its place.
