PACKAGE 2

Boomin

Premium - 1.5% + VAT (min fee £3000 + VAT)
This package includes everything in the standard package plus the following:

  • Agent-accompanied viewings
  • Professional photography
  • Professional Videography including walk-through tour for portals and vertical video for social media
  • Vertical ‘viral style’ Speed Tour video posted on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook channels
  • Prominent A3 window card displayed in our branch window

Exclusive – 2% + VAT (min fee £4000 + VAT)
This package Includes everything from the Standard and Premium Packages, plus:

  • Professional drone photography and aerial videography
  • Presented cinematic video tour
  • Paid social media advertising campaign on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook channels using professional video content
  • Every member of our sales team will visit the property
  • Concierge-style sales progression
  • Expert negotiation and advice for your onward purchase (if required)
  • Virtual staging for unfurnished homes or CGI imagery for off-plan developments
  • Coordination with professional home stagers (if required)

Additional Information

  • An additional fee of 0.25% + VAT (or £500 + VAT), whichever is greater, applies to leasehold properties due to the extra work required to progress the sale.
  • Shared ownership properties are charged based on the full market value, not the share value.

We don’t believe in small print and lengthy contracts, so we don’t have any withdrawal fees, or tie-in periods and our fee is on a no sale-no fee basis.
