The Team

The office is headed by Managing Director John-Paul Rafferty, who is a qualified Independent Mortgage Advisor as well as a principle member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He has extensive experience in selling all types of property and a background in property development with many years as a commercial and residential landlord. John is constantly looking for ways to improve the service that his company offers its clients and his ultimate goal is to become the area’s most popular agent delivering true value for money.

Our senior negotiator is Wendy Seager who has worked locally as an Estate Agent since 2001. She has a passion for customer service and an approachable personality making her perfect for the role. She lives in Aylesford and her sole focus is to make the whole moving experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Lisa Bromilow is our newest team member and is an in house Independent Mortgage Adviser as well as being an enthusiastic member of our sales and lettings team. Professionalism, extensive financial experience and unrivalled knowledge are the key attributes she boasts that we feel make her the ideal candidate to entrust with the financial aspects of your move. She lives in Maidstone and brings a great level of knowledge of our County town’s property stock in particular the Allington and Barming areas. BlueBell Estates is an introducer to Mortgage Essentials (UK) Ltd which is an Appointed Representative of Personal Touch Financial Services Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The office wouldn’t function effectively without our consciencious and hard working administrator Kellie Tapp. She provides the backbone of the team and ensures that the driven sales force are not bogged down with unnecessary amounts of administration. Also local to the area and with years of experience in an Estate Agency environment she is an invaluable member of Bluebell Estates.
